TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Public Offer
Agreement)
These Terms and Conditions constitute a
legally binding Public Offer Agreement under Articles 633, 634, 641 and 642 of
the Civil Code of Ukraine. By accessing the website likestarget.com creating an
account, topping up your balance, or placing an order, you confirm that you
have read, understood and fully accepted this Public Offer Agreement. If you do
not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the website.
The services described in this Agreement
are provided by the Sole Proprietor Arkhipova Oleksandra Andriivna, registered
in Ukraine (the “Service Provider”). These Terms apply to Customers worldwide.
1. Nature of the Services
The Service Provider offers social media
marketing (SMM) services performed by real users and Meta tools. No bots or
automated fake traffic are used. Each service is described in the Service List.
Results such as reach or engagement are not guaranteed.
2. Service Delivery
The Customer creates an account and tops up
their Balance. Orders are placed via the Service List.
Delivery times are stated in each service
description. Completed orders receive the status “Completed,” which serves as
confirmation of delivery. Support tickets are answered within 1–6 hours.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must provide accurate
information, comply with social platform rules, and ensure that their content
is lawful and appropriate.
4. Limitations and Liability
SMM services do not influence platform
algorithms. The Service Provider is not responsible for bans, policy changes,
or natural user behavior fluctuations. Liability is limited to delivering the
service as described.
5. Payment
All payments are credited to the Customer’s
Balance. Service cost is deducted when an Order is created.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are possible only if the service
was not delivered. Partial refunds may apply if only part of the service was
completed. No refunds after “Completed” status.
7. Proof of Delivery
Order status “Completed” or system logs are
proof of service. No claims after 3 days.
8. Documentation
Invoices or acts may be issued upon
request.
9. Privacy and GDPR
Data is processed under GDPR Article 6
(“performance of a contract”). Customers may request deletion or correction of
data.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are first handled via support. If
unresolved, they are handled under Ukrainian law.
11. Final Provisions
Using the website means full acceptance of
these Terms. These Terms remain valid until replaced by a newer version.
